Supporting youth development through regular meetings, workshops and experience exchange
Scholarships
We're planning a scholarship program for talented youth from Eastern Europe. Currently working on securing funding and partners.
Peer Groups
Regular meetings of small groups (up to 10 people) twice a month. We share experiences, support each other and solve challenges together.
Open Events
We organize lectures, workshops and meetings with inspiring speakers on personal and professional development topics.
Club Activities
Informal events and educational games (Cashflow, Mafia) for our community integration.
A vision that's growing
Buddy's Network was born from the passion and vision of our founder, who believed that young people need a space for mutual support and growth. Thanks to his initiative, we've created a community connecting people from different countries and backgrounds.
We started as a small group of friends in Warsaw. Today we're growing, planning new meeting formats and opening up to Polish and English-speaking communities. Our journey shows that great things start with small steps and a strong vision.

Founder & Visionary
Personal Experience
Wład himself studied in Poland as an international student and perfectly understands the challenges young people from other countries face. This personal story showed him how important support and community are.
Inspiration from His Son
His greatest inspiration for creating the foundation was his son. Observing his growth and potential, Wład understood how important it is to create a space where young people can support and develop each other.
Buddy's Network Mission
His goal is to create a place where young people can learn something new, share knowledge and experiences, and build lasting relationships. Everyone can be both a student and a teacher.
